Richard has extensive experience in property sales, operating exclusively in the Yarra Valley for the past thirty years as a fully licensed estate agent. He has expertise in the sale of established homes as well as project and “off the plan” sales. Richard has excellent leadership and management skills, developed over ten years as a Director of a successful real estate company.

Richard is highly regarded in the local community, with an excellent local network. He held the position of President on the Monbulk Primary School Council, which he enjoyed for thirteen years. He has been recognised for his work With Tullamore Aged Care Centre in Montrose and, in conjunction with the State Government, managed the construction of a living and learning centre in Monbulk. Richard has also been involved with Waratah Beach lifesaving club with Bronze camps and nippers.
