Michelle takes a proactive approach to her career and in life, believing that it is a conscious decision to do so. “You get to decide if you’re going to be proactive or reactive in life…the same applies for real estate.” She strives to create functional systems and processes to allow agents to plan in advance and executive sales campaigns successfully.

Away from the office, Michelle enjoys working out at the gym, spending time in the ocean, going on road trips and travelling.
