That's why it's so important to us that we acknowledge how fantastic Kristian was throughout our application process with him. From our first conversation with him at the inspection and the process following he was so quick and helpful with all communication and went above and beyond to discuss everything with us. Even at the end when we were unsuccessful, he didn't have to send any personal messages to explain the situation and give feedback on our application as most property managers just send a generic "unsuccessful" email, but he did and it gave us confidence that our application is solid and it's just a matter of being chosen by the home owners (as we had been wondering if there were any issues we weren't aware of that might have been contributing to our lack of success). We just really appreciate how wonderful he was to work with even though we weren't successful and thought it needed to be acknowledged.
