Property Consultant Lachlan Chaplin

A friendly and optimistic individual, Lachlan has excellent communication skills and is passionate about connecting, collaborating, and motivating others in all aspect of life. Whilst he is goal-driven, he is motivated not only for his own success but that of the wider Fletchers team and, of course, each and every client.

Lachlan has a great deal of empathy and strives to conduct himself with the utmost integrity, and genuinely loves to get to know his clients on a personal level. His favourite quote for life is by Marcu Aurelius, the once-emperor of Rome, who sad "the impediment to action, advances action...what stands in the way becomes the way." It reminds him that the impediments in life are actually opportunities to grown and learn something new.

Away from the office, Lachlan enjoys going to the gym, studying Japanese, going for walks and coffee with his partner, and practicing the guitar or piano.
