As Executive Chairman and Director of Project Marketing, Rob Fletcher is active in the business and Tim Fletcher continues to conduct auctions across the Eastern suburbs and Bellarine Peninsula. Rob's sons, Mark and Nick, work as Property Consultants and Tim Fletcher's daughter, Kate is also involved. Both Tim and Rob were guided and mentored by their uncle, David Fletcher, the brother of John Fletcher. David's son Rick, was also involved in the business throughout the years.
