Portfolio Manager Susan Callaghan

With a very extensive background and over 30 years’ experience in Property Management on the Mornington Peninsula, Susan brings a wealth of knowledge to the Property Management department at Fletchers Mornington Peninsula.

Having lived on the Peninsula for over 35 years, Susan has an intimate knowledge of the region and brings a diverse list of contacts to her role. Extremely thorough in her approach, Susan has witnessed first-hand the many evolutions of the industry over the last three decades and continues to broaden her knowledge of new systems and processes to ensure her clients are delivered superior customer service.

Outside of the office, Susan enjoys keeping active with regular walks, spending time with her four children and eleven grandchildren, and dining out with her husband Larry.

Susan will be in the office every Thursday and Friday in a unique job share arrangement with Samantha Seale, who is in the office every Monday to Wednesday. Together Susan and Samantha ensure our Property Management department is serviced full time and they look forward to assisting you with all your leasing requirements.
