I came to know Guy when we purchased the property he was representing to sell. When we decided to sell the same property, he was one of the several agents I talked to. I'm very happy that I chose to work with Guy and I would recommend him without any reservation to anyone wanting to sell. My recommendations are based on the following three observations:

1. Guy has extensive knowledge of the market and is at the top of his game. He was able to secure just a right purchaser for our property. He exceeded our expectations and negotiated a price above the market price. At the same time, I think the purchaser is also happy to pay that price because they do love our property. He's exceptional in finding a perfect match between a property and a client.

2. Guy is creative and perseverant in hardship. We've had some unusual circumstances in our marketing campaign (nothing about the property itself, just some abnormal competitions). Guy was able to be flexible and creative and eventually pulled off the campaign with great results. He has shown how he excels in working with uncertainty.

3. Guy was very communicative throughout the campaign. Every step of the way, Guy provided timely updates and advices. I saw his commitment and devotion to the campaign, which gave me a lot of assurances.

We asked for a private sale with no advertising, and they did exactly as we requested, providing offers within a week of releasing it for sale. The buyers from recent auction were polled and we obtained a very good offer in record time. The process was professionally handled, quite seamless, and took the stress out of the whole process.
