Spending all her holidays as a child in Queenscliff at her grandparent’s home, Lauren has loved the Bellarine Peninsula and everything it offers from a very young age.

Lauren knows that local communities like towns on the Bellarine Peninsula require local knowledge and expertise in these areas.

Priding herself on her compassion and care for every client whether you are an owner, a renter or just need some general advice, Lauren is always happy to help.

Lauren’s goal in Property Management is always matching the right renter to the right property. She understands that this is the owner’s home and will also become the renter’s home, so finding the perfect match is always her priority.

With over 8 years’ experience on the Bellarine Peninsula, Lauren started as a maintenance manager and then moved into a Senior Property & Commercial Property Management position. Lauren is always happy to continue to learn and grow in her role as Senior Property Manager at Fletchers, and loves being a part of this amazing team.

Prior to getting back into real estate, Lauren worked for 9 years in the fast-paced fashion industry with Cotton On Head Office in Geelong, so prides herself on her organization skills and working in a high speed environment.

Lauren lives locally with her husband and two children; she loves being involved in the local community and is always trying to recruit anyone who will listen to the Queenscliff Football Netball Club. She is a Coach and a player for the Coutas and runs the Nipper program with the Point Lonsdale Surf Life Saving Club. Lauren loves living on the Bellarine Peninsula and you might just see her out for a run, on the netball court or grabbing an Oat Latte at the local Café’s.
