Portfolio Manager Samantha Seale

With a genuine drive to consistently achieve outstanding results for landlords and tenants alike, Samantha brings a wealth of experience in real estate leasing, sales and administration to the Property Management department at Fletchers Mornington Peninsula.

A gifted communicator with an engaging and enthusiastic disposition, Samantha strives to ensure each landlord’s asset is safeguarded and is always willing to offer advice on home and garden design in order to maximise rental returns. Equally she enjoys assisting tenants to find the most suitable home and, with a positive approach, exceptional attention to detail and highly attuned organisational skills, she ensures every client is delivered superior customer service.

With interests in fitness and wellbeing, Samantha loves creative cooking, healthy eating and regular beach runs with her dogs. When not spending quality time with her teenage twins, Samantha is a passionate gardener (and previous florist), an avid reader, and loves immersing herself in DIY projects including crafts and furniture restoration.

Samantha will be in the office every Monday to Wednesday in a unique job share arrangement with Susan Callaghan, who is in the office every Thursday and Friday. Together Samantha and Susan ensure our Property Management department is serviced full time and they look forward to assisting you with all your leasing requirements.
