We recently had the good fortune of having Luke Simms manage the sale of our house.

The diligence, professionalism and kindness he displayed during the whole process was exemplary.

We were very nervous and unsure when we decided to sell, but Luke's empathy and the way he talked us through it certainly put our hearts and minds at rest and in the end he got us a fantastic result.

Just thought we would let you know how grateful we are for the manner in which Luke Simms assisted Margaret's sister Anne with her purchase .

Anne has been seeking to downsize from her Silvan property for sometime and we spent many hours looking for the right property with many agents telling us that they would advise of any suitable property however there was barely a call so it was a pleasant surprise when Luke contacted Anne about this " off market " home.
