With over three decades of real estate experience within Ballarat, Tammy provides exceptional service to her clients and exemplary leadership to colleagues. As co-Owner and Head of Property Management at Fletchers Ballarat, is organised and process-driven in her approach, with an incredible eye for detail.

When asked what she most loves about working in real estate, Tammy responds that, ‘it is an honour and a privilege to be the person chosen to represent a client in overseeing their real estate transaction. Helping clients to find their perfect home also provides deep personal and professional satisfaction.’

Away from the office, Tammy enjoys spending time with her husband David and their five children. She is also extremely close to her immediate family with her parents and siblings close by.
