I made initial contact with John on the recommendation of a friend. John and David arrived promptly for our appointment and lost no time explaining the process to me; appraised my property and were happy to leave documents with me for perusal. I liked their no nonsense, common sense approach, the way that no pressures was exerted on me to retain them; and their level of knowledge of the real estate industry. John deals with the potential buyers and David deals with the vendor, they are a great team. I was included and involved in all aspects of the sale processes. After each inspection David rang and gave me a summary of groups and interest shown. Following the action and right up until settlement David rang in a regular basis to tell me what was happening. These are really dedicated guys, they worked so hard for me, I am happy to highly recommend them.
