Jenni was excellent to work with, and along with his colleague Scott, secured a good sale for our property. There was a strong sense of delivering on what was promised. We were told for example, that two agents would always be in attendance at the OFIs. This was consistently followed through on during the campaign. We were also provided with good feedback about potential buyers after these sessions. We felt our property was also marketed well, with good flexibility and responsiveness shown around some of our own preferences and perspectives. Jenni's provision of her homemade jam - as well as chocolates - along the way was also much appreciated! We were selling our house as the result of a separation, Jenni was empathetic during the whole process and ensured she communicated with both of us on every decision that had to be made.
