Michael Rosano is an industry leader who, with more than 11 years’ experience, brings a perfect balance of kind consideration, a friendly and open demeanour, and extensive market knowledge to every client interaction.

Forging his career after completing a Bachelor of Property and Real Estate, he quickly became a trustworthy name throughout Boroondara and Stonnington, building many mutually respectful relationships that have led to confident referrals and repeat business.

Michael quickly discovered a natural affinity for auctioneering, reaching the semi finals of the REIV Novice Auctioneer competition in 2016. Well known for his expert negotiation skills, his positive connection with buyers led to him being featured in Victoria’s Top 50 Real Estate Young Guns 2022.

During his down time, Michael’s passion for furniture restoration sees him scouring shops and auction houses, finding Mid Century and Art Deco pieces to add to his collection.

We have lived in our home for over 30 years and, although we never wanted to move, we thought it was now time for us to sell. Having seen what we call our "Fletchers team" in action at a friend's auction, we decided to take our thoughts one more step. The Fletchers team included Michael Richardson, Rob Fletcher and Michael Rosano.

Our first meeting with Michael Richardson was nothing but positive, His response to our home was encouraging right from the start. Michael explained the various methods of sale and although we were reluctant to auction, having seen him in action his explanation of the auction process made us feel more confident to go ahead.

Most of my career has been spent within the property industry, either developing my own projects or consulting to a range of client companies including , Stockland, Coles Myers, Franklins, Woolworth's, and Macquarie Bank.

While most of my work has involved retail and commercial properties I have been involved in a large number of residential projects , from golf resorts and subdivisions to apartment towers. As development manager I have been responsible for the appointment and management of real estate teams both directly under my control or through major agencies. It should be no surprise therefore that when I chose an agent to sell my own property I am selecting an agent with specific qualities based on my professional view of the market. Before approaching Fletchers in Blackburn I spoke to a number of other agents in the area. Most of the local agents were easy to eliminate at the reception desk . If a customer can't get to an agent it makes it hard to do a deal. Agents that don't return calls are a waste of everyone's time. Michael Rosano struck me as an enthusiastic and professional agent with skills that transcend his age. He brings to his vendor a quiet, but firm, demeanor, punctual and efficient service and, importantly, a good rapport with those around him.

Unlike most vendors, I had very fixed ideas on how I wanted the property marketed and, to his credit, Michael listened to my instructions, made constructive comments but always did what was asked of him and more. I gave Michael a fixed sale deadline and required price. He then did exactly what was asked, clearly knew how to handle prospective buyers and he achieved the outcomes I needed in a week. Many agents become jaded in their approach to property and present a lacklustre style which is not appropriate to this local market. Michael gives vendors a youthful vigour, and an astute mind. I have no doubt that Michael will be an unstoppable force in real estate in years to come, and I will happily engage him again and recommend him highly.
