We were first offered a free appraisal by Daniel Bolton about a year ago. We explained we were waiting on a unit becoming available at Walmsley Retirement Community and weren’t ready to move yet. Daniel touched base with us several times over the months, but not pushing us, which we appreciated.

When the unit became available we contacted Daniel. He, together with Matthew Tanner came with all the advice and got things moving within hours!

We were very impressed with how Daniel organized the photographer and publicity person, and how quickly and competently they did their jobs.

We were going to auction but an offer was made. Daniel negotiated with the buyer and got us a great price which we were very happy with, so we sold very quickly.
