Open and honest, Karen is a hardworking individual who isn’t afraid to face challenges and goes above and beyond to help others. Highly emotionally intelligent, Karen has an empathetic approach as she understands that her clients are often making life changing decisions along their property journey. Helping people along this journey is incredibly satisfying for her, and she feels grateful to a part of it.

Karen has a strong background in sales, complemented by a Master of Professional Accounting and Diploma of Interpreting (Mandarin-English). Possessing excellent written and oral communication skills, Karen is fluent in both English and Mandarin.

She is known for her optimistic nature, inspired by the words of Winston Churchill: “The pessimist sees difficulty in every opportunity. The optimist sees opportunity in every difficulty.”

Away from the office, Karen enjoys keeping fit at the gym, date nights with her husband, shopping and travelling, with her favourite holiday destination being Japan.
