At our first meeting, Harold quoted us a sale price more than we expected and he was true to his word. At the auction, he told us what to expect and if we didn't get it: it would be passed in. At the following weekend, we had a lot of people attending and the unit was sold at the figure he quoted us. During the whole process, he told us not to waste money on advertising in local papers. Just the internet, board and flyers. Also he gave us contacts and pricing for solicitors, advertising and furniture staging which were all correct. He gave us updates on the OFI straight after the event. His knowledge in this area is outstanding and we would recommend him to anyone.

Harold did an excellent job in promoting and selling our property. Having dealt with Harold when buying our property in Neville Street, East Bentleigh, there was never a doubt that Harold was to be our Agent for selling. As we used a Vendor Advocate our dealings with Harold were at times 3rd party but at all other times, he was helpful, respectful and an excellent communicator. My wife and I will be forever grateful to Harold. A job very well done.

Harold is always true to his character & a "rear real estate agent. His knowledge of the area & the market shines through in his honest advice to all clients. He has been & still is here for the long road not the short cut. Having said that, he sold our property within 5 days of marketing and 3 days after the 1st and only viewing.
