Portfolio Manager Edward Guo

Edward has been my Property Manager since December 2022. Edward is a delightful young person - knowledgeable, extremely proficient in his Property Management procedures. I would like to commend Edward as an excellent Property Manager to you and your colleagues at Fletchers Balwyn North.

As per our phone conversation – I wanted to let you know just how highly I think of Edward. Since we started working together back in late 2021 – he has been a breath of fresh air. He is friendly, helpful, efficient, super knowledgeable – and knows when to pick up the phone for a quick chat versus when an email will suffice. He always follows through with anything he says he will do – no question. Edward is a lateral thinker too. He has come up with approaches to problems that I – quite frankly – never would have come up with myself. I have worked with maybe 50 or 60 property managers over the years – and Edward is definitely up near the top of that list. And on a personal note – I think he is a hell of a nice guy too – and I have loved working with him over the past 18 months or so.
