Property Management Assistant Chalise Barling

An approachable and down-to-earth individual, Chalise is passionate about real estate and helping clients find their perfect home in her role as Property Management Assistant. She takes the time to understand what renters need, making the process feel personal and supportive. 

Chalise has previous experience as a disability support worker, childcare educator, and in hospitality, which taught her valuable skills in empathy, communication, and adaptability. She applies these skills to her current role, and enjoys connecting with people and helping others.

Away from the office, Chalise enjoys cooking, baking, and spending time with her cheeky yet beloved husky Lilo, whether they're going out for walks, playing in the park, or spending time at home.

Chalise is outgoing and determined, and is an integral member of Fletchers Ballarat team. She looks forward to assisting with your investment property soon!
