Feeling a little ho-hum, we don't blame you! In times of great uncertainty, one of the things us humans tend to do is reach for those pesky sugary snacks!
So, as both the weather and market are tipped to get cooler, it's the perfect time to reignite that flame inside by adding some rustic autumn broths into your daily meal plan.
Soup is a great way to inject a multitude of health benefits into your diet, some of which include:
- Increased intake of vegetables
- Increased consumption of fluids
- Increased dosage vitamins, minerals and antioxidants
Here is a quick and easy recipe to get you started:
5 Minute Miso Soup
Ingredients:
- 1 x sachet Spiral white miso soup
- 1 x handful of fibre of choice (pasta/noodles/tofu)
- 1 x cup of ANY vegetables you have the fridge (carrots, mushrooms, greens, anything!)
Method:

Boil pasta or similar and place in a bowl

Add finely chopped vegetables
- Sprinkle sachet of miso powder
- Add boiling water
