The house needed a lot of tidying, cleaning and some painting. Gail gave us excellent advice on this and she and Daniel popped in several times to see how we were going and to cheer us on, and to provide us with sources of a good tiler and good but inexpensive lampshades.

Gail gave up updates on every Open for Inspection and a formal, detailed update in writing every Monday. She spoke to us often about how she felt the campaign was going and we felt she was always honest and respectful with us and kept our expectations realistic.

When I decided to sell my property I invited four agencies to bid for the sale. Gail stood out immediately because she was forthright; she did not over-promise; and came across as someone who had a lot of integrity. I was pleased that my instincts were correct.
