The City of Maroondah is fast becoming a desirable destination rather than just a transient postcode, and we can see why!

Speaking with our Maroondah Director Reilly Waterfield, he tells me that whilst the buying pool has previously been local, he's recently seen a shift moving through our network of offices, 'with improved amenities and a growing cafe culture, the younger demographic is starting to plant their seeds.'
I took a closer look into what is drawing the crowds in and the prices up. With a community that offers a vast amount of activities for the young, old and even the restless, there's no wonder Maroondah is now a postcode permanently on the MAP.
