Ahoy there!
An incredible Blairgowrie home designed to look like a ship with a rooftop pool is set to become one of the town's most expensive pads.
Rennie and Karen Camilleri are selling the striking five-bedroom, three-level property they built at 11 Brooks Ave with price hopes of $5m-$5.3m.
Crowned by an amazing rooftop pool, the facade of the collaboration with Point Architects was designed to look like a ship, Mr Camilleri said.
Soak in the view, literally.
Very important.
"It's an absolutely beautiful home. The front entry is like an art gallery, the entrance at the front at night looks beautiful," he said.
"The concept is beautiful and the honest truth is I'm sad to be selling."
Fletchers Mornington Peninsula director Josh Callaghan said it was also one of "only a handful" in Blairgowrie that encompassed a coastline view.
The bold facade makes an impression from the street.
Incredible views are a highlight.
The entry is a gallery.
Artistic throughout.
A sale in its price range would make it one of the town's most expensive sales, and Mr Callaghan said it would set a record for the "front beach, bayside area".
Mr Camilleri said people enjoyed the tranquillity.
"It's not as busy as Sorrento, with a nice little village and walking distance to everything."
The couple are moving to another house they are building in the area.
