I can't thank you enough for your hard work and never giving up on my home. I realise it is a very different market at the moment with lots of little quirks and hurdles along the way and throwing in the Silly Season didn't help - WOW what a year it has been for everyone.

Thank you all very much for your hard work in the sale of our house. It wasn't a smooth sale due to the impact of changes in legislation and bank loans and China's control of cash going overseas on the property market. The negative impact is very significant in our area, Doncaster. We didn't get many keen buyers really but Tim was resilient and remained positive throughout the selling process, that was great leadership for the team! We thought it would be difficult to sell our house even at the reduced price but your hard work, flexibility and strong negotiation skills had made the sale happened, fantastic!

On one Monday, Tim and Spring worked very hard to contact all the potential buyers and negotiated hard with the Buyer and got her signed a written offer. The price was a bit lower than our reduced price but good enough already. Big thanks to Spring who worked so hard, even until 10:30pm as a previous potential buyer showed keen interest. However, we couldn't accept the offer for it was subject to finance. Spring was very patient and professional in dealing with the buyer, well-done Spring!
