Wow what a outstanding result, this is the second time I have had Brooke Warwick and Tim Heavyside sell property's for me, both times with great results. This time how ever went way beyond my expectations, with Brooke guiding the potential buyers from previous auctions they had missed out on, the clever use of using a Chinese interpreter for the overseas buyers at auction certainly helped and her hard work of keeping all potential buyers properly informed during the advertising campaign was excellent. I decided to retire, so I needed to sell my property investment portfolio, but where to start and how do I find a great agent with the qualities I was looking for? I decided to do some research, so went to many auctions conducted by real estate agents selling similar properties to mine in my area.
