We have just sold our property in Shoreham, finally with Joshua Callaghan at your Sorrento office, after having listed with him for a mere couple of months. Our property has been listed with a number of agents in our local area on and off for about 5 years in total.

We had almost decided to give up on selling.

In our experience, Agents have been overwhelming eager to secure our business, but unless the property was sold after a relatively short campaign, attentiveness wained very quickly.
