Slowing down, as we have all found, is not that easy. But we must, in order to recalibrate and weather this storm. With all the external noise that surrounds us at the moment, we must learn to be okay with sitting in our own thoughts and letting go of all that doesn't serve us.
Here is a short, guided meditation that is designed to cultivate relaxation and lightness:
The world outside is rearranging itself and will return a different place. While we don't yet know what that will look like, we can be sure that by nurturing our body, mind and spirit, our hearts will be calm when the time comes to venture outside again.
