20th June 2012: Hammertime on the Gold Coast!

Hot on the heels of their recent 'under the hammer' sale of 8 Jasper Court in Currumbin Waters, Fletchers Gold Coast South couple, Robbie and Laura Robinson were at it again last Saturday – with another successful under the hammer sale just around the corner at 3 Flaminia Street.

The sale also marked a sparkling auctioneering debut for Gold Coast South Managing Director, Christopher Stear who, shortly after the terrific result threatened to 'retire undefeated' with his 100% success rate intact!

Laura said, "with the average time on the market in the Gold Coast now exceeding 100 days, our clients are absolutely ecstatic with these outstanding results in just 28 days!"

Robbie agreed, noting that "this is exceptionally encouraging for the Currumbin Waters location and, despite the current market, it just goes to show that if you do it right…terrific results can be achieved!
