We enjoyed clear skies on auction day, despite the chilly temperatures.

The REIV reported clearance rate of 79% over the weekend, with 712 auctions reported and 560 of those homes selling. The month of August achieved a 76% clearance rate, one of the highest this year.

Fletchers Network of Eastern suburbs offices achieved success rate of 80% for the first weekend of the Spring selling season.
