Despite the fluctuating Springtime weather, the sun came out on Saturday for a much anticipated auction day!

Over the weekend, the REIV reported a clearance rate of 81 per cent from the 831 reported auctions. This means that 674 auctions were successful, with the small portion of 157 being passed in — 63 of these on a vendor bid. It's expected that auction numbers will reduce this coming weekend due to the AFL Grand Final, but expect busy weekends from then on.
