When celebrating our centenary year in 2019, the company unveiled not only a branding refresh, but a reinvigorated pursuit of delivering excellence in customer service to clients. At its core, the real estate industry is all about people, and the team has strived to deliver best practice customer service, 'a Fletchers thing'.
Clients have recognised and responded to our efforts, with many taking the time to provide details of their experience selling and leasing with Fletchers on the review website, RateMyAgent. The group was thrilled to be recognised as the Medium Agency Network of the Year in 2020, with the award entirely based on customer reviews and feedback.
Despite the complete shift to remote working for the majority of 2021, the team was once again recognised for excellence in customer service. The group was awarded as the 2021 Australian Achiever Awards National Winner, for Remarkable Customer Service in Real Estate Services. With a score of 99.79% for customer relations and service, it was a fantastic recognition on a national level.
At the beginning of 2022, the Fletchers Group was recognised as the Best Residential Real Estate Agency in Victoria, for the APAC Insider Sixth Annual Australian Enterprise Awards. APAC Insider is a publication servicing the Asia Pacific Region, boasting more than 2,000 global members including brands such as Toyota and Samsung.
