In the wake of COVID-19 and physical distancing, we're stationed at our laptops while working from home and scrolling our phones to feel connected more than ever before.
Research shows how blue light; that glow from your phone and laptop screens, tricks our brains into thinking it's daytime and makes it seriously difficult for us to fall asleep. As a result of this, that pesky stress hormone, known as cortisol, can steadily rise, making you feel anxious, wired and tense.
However, once you slide on a pair of blue light-blocking glasses and regulate your sleep cycle, you could get twice as much done across your normal working hours.
I don't know about you, but in a world where time is always of the essence, boosting your productivity so you can smash those deadlines sounds alright by me.
