Sarah Lowry, Partner & Chief Marketing Officer within the group, celebrated her 12-year anniversary with Fletchers this month. A highly valued and much-loved member of our team, Sarah started as an office all-rounder, moving quickly into a role of Sales Secretary, and later finding her niche leading our corporate marketing team. Completing her Bachelor of Laws/Bachelor of Commerce in 2019, the sky is the limit for this determined woman who recently completed her Auctioneering training and is about join an elite club of females within the auctioneering community.
"Over the last 12 years at Fletchers, I have been fortunate enough to have had experience across several departments in the business, always being provided with opportunity to further my professional and personal development along the way. My latest endeavour into auctioneering has been met with support and encouragement from all levels, from the CEO and Executive Chairman, to my Marketing team members and now fellow auctioneers! It's an exciting time to be a woman in Real Estate".
Spring Chen, another leading lady within the Fletchers Group, formed an integral part of Victoria (and Australia's) no.1 Real Estate team for more than 6 years and has recently made the transition to lead her own team. Spring will continue to service all areas of the Eastern Suburbs however will have a keen focus on where she has a strong client following – particularly throughout Surrey Hills, Canterbury, Balwyn and Mont Albert.
"Raising two young girls, I think it's important they see me work hard to progress my career. After spending six years working as part of Victoria's no.1 sales team, I have been both encouraged and well supported to now lead my own team and I look forward to breaking the bias that working mothers are restricted to 'support roles' for the generations to come."
