Melbourne achieved a decent clearance rate of 68.8% on the last major auction weekend of 2017! Although clearance rates in Melbourne haven't been quite as strong as the same time last year, The Domain Group highlighted how they have still exceeded those of Sydney's, which have been as low as 50%.
