In Bulleen, another six bidders sought the potential of the substantial block at 37 Rose Avenue. In just over 12 minutes, the property was sold under the hammer for $1,321,000.
At 21 Sylvander Street in Balwyn North, there were six bidders in total when auctioneer Jeremy Desmier announced the property on the market but it was just two key bidders who took the property to its ultimate selling price of $1,630,000.
