Fletchers Quoting Policy

Fletchers run a comprehensive in-house compliance and training program to ensure that every property is marketed in accordance with Victorian legislation and industry best practice. We have rigorous monitoring processes in place to ensure that all of our agents are performing at a best practice standard, to better serve our clients.

These include:

• Live file audits and spot checks conducted on a regular basis
• Monthly sales file reviews regarding compliance across our different departments
• Regular staff training supported by our compliance training material including the Fletchers Compliance training video and manual
