Well, the first day of the Winter selling season hasn't exactly started as we would have expected, with Victoria plunged into a fourth state-wide lockdown.
What we do expect is, that after a brief pause in activity due to the current government restrictions, the property market will once again continue on the positive trajectory we have seen over the first six months of 2021.
