Nicole is skilled at problem solving and dispute resolution, and always strives to achieve the best outcome for all parties. Reliable and trustworthy, she always follows up as required to complete a task or resolve an issue in its entirety, and communicates effectively with her clients and colleagues.

Away from the office, she enjoys spending time with her family, camping, and going on day trips. She is inspired by her husband, who is extremely supportive, and by her children, to whom she wants to be a positive role model.
