To Rob Sheahan, Jeanne Kalopita, Ben Strimling and the Team at Fletchers, thank you for all being so good at your jobs. Michael and I are pleased with the sale of our house over the weekend. We want to thank you all for your professionalism throughout the entire process.
We chose Fletchers out of the 2 others we looked into because of the amount of constant information through phone calls and emails we received when we were looking at houses to buy. Every week we were getting called and you were working with us then trying to find us what we wanted.
When we decided to sell, it was then easy to choose your agency based on experiencing how much feedback and attention we had as a potential buyer, knowing this would then be the case for
potential buyers for our house.
This has been our first time selling a house so the experience was new to us. We felt very informed at all points about what was going to happen and what was happening next. From when we received the laminated month long scheduled of what was going to happen each day we could wake up and tick that off the list. Everyone we met early on - the photographer, reporter, stylist (always accompanied by the lovely Jeanne) - were all very good at what they do. On the day of the first open we had missed a phone call from Rob but the very informative and detailed message he left helped us feel at ease and to know that he and everyone knew what they were doing and that Fletchers was the right agency for us.
Throughout the campaign we continued to feel well looked after as a seller and appreciated the small touches like the flowers that got sent for the last two weeks of the campaign and the constant stream of information about the status of our sale.
Auction day I assume will always be the most stressful day for a seller with all the unknowns about what will happen. When the auction was paused for us to discuss what was happening I was stressed but Michael was more calm and happy to take the advice of Rob. Later when it was all over I asked how he could be so calm and he said that we just needed to trust Rob's judgement because he knows what he is doing. This was true and was always evident throughout the campaign and ultimately proven when we had a successful auction.
I know this is wordy and lengthy but I just wanted to make you all aware that at every point in the process that we felt confident in the decision to have Fletchers sell our home because we trusted that you could do your job and do it well. Thank you for hard work for the last few weeks. We have been happy customers. In many years to come when we have to sell our next house we will definitely be coming back to Fletchers.
