12th May 2015: Ringwood’s Increasing Popularity with Buyers

The REIV recorded a median house price of $690,000 for Ringwood for the March 2015 quarter, an annual increase of 14.5 per cent. This increase is the greatest in the City of Maroondah over the past year, and we have certainly seen evidence of Ringwood's increasing desirability.

Ideally located just 23 km from the CBD, Ringwood provides a relaxed, family-oriented lifestyle away from the hustle and bustle of city living. However if you do need to travel to the city for work or play, thoroughfares to the CBD are easily accessible, with Eastlink and the Maroondah Highway nearby.

Eastland 2015+

The upgrade of Eastland is attracting more buyers to the area, with changes scheduled later this year, with final completion by mid 2016. The new Eastland is designed to create engaging experiences for a vibrant and evolving urban community, bringing together the finest in contemporary gastronomy, fashion, style and design.
