11th February 2013: Property Management Personal Assistant

Due to a promotion within our company, a position has become available in our Property Management deapartment (Canterbury) for a Personal Assistant. The role is to support our Property Management team on a daily basis with a 'can do', proactive attitude, outstanding attention to detail and a strong customer focus.

Duties include but are not limited to:

– Database Management
– Preparation of files
– Internet listing and marketing
– Correspondence to clients
– Receipting and handling of trust monies
– General support as required to fellow team members

The focus of the position is to support and allow the Property Management team to specialise in what they do best: listing, leasing and managing property.

The ideal candidate will be immaculately presented, have a current agent's representative licence, some previous experience in Property Management and be prepared to work on a Saturday rotating roster. Experience with Console software is an advantage.
