Tim Fletcher appeared on the MPTV 'Appraisal' segment recently, sitting down to chat with host Des Dowling in episode 9.

They first discuss what makes a good real estate agent, with Tim highlighting caring for and representing clients in the best possible way, utilising the best technologies available, trust and communication as important characteristics.

They then talk about selling your home in the best way, with Tim stressing the importance of looking at each individual case when deciding whether to sell by auction or private sale.
