1st July 2012: Gold Coast South Auction Success!

Our team up on the Gold Coast have been having some fantastic auction success of late.

The stats speak for themselves! The most recent auction results were:

– 10% sold prior

– 50% sold 'under the hammer'

– 20% sold in the week after the auction

– 10% sold in the two weeks after the auction.

This means that for all the auctions that Fletchers Gold Coast South conducted this year, 90% have sold at or up to only two weeks after the auction, with one selling before!

Great job guys…your Victorian counterparts are happy for you but we retain the right to feel slightly jealous of your sales meeting locations!
