Another weekend in Melbourne has passed, but this time with quite impressive weather. Saturday reached warmer temperatures with only a few clouds, and Sunday following suite with a slightly cooler—but still without rain—change.

In terms of auction results, the numbers increased slightly from last week, with 1,238 auctions reportedly held in Victoria over the weekend. The overall clearance rate was 78%, with 129 of the 274 passed in auctions being due to a vendor bid.
