The Domain Group highlighted that, although Melbourne is experiencing a constant incline in auction listings, many of these auctions are in the outer suburbs. Buyers may be influenced to purchase in the outer areas, as there is currently a lack of supply in inner areas, without a comparative slowing in demand.
