Thank you to our clients, business partners and friends for your continued support of Fletchers.

In our 92nd year we were delighted again to be recognised by our peak industry body in winning 3 major accolades at the 2011 REIV Awards for Excellence Gala Dinner. We were thrilled to take home the prestigious Large Residential Agency of the Year Award, Website Award (for the 3rd time), and Director Tim Heavyside won Victorian Residential Salesperson of the Year Award (again for the 3rd time)! We were also finalists in Residential Property Manager of the Year (Andrew Paterson) and Medium Residential Agency of the Year (Eltham).

The 2011 market brought challenges, but Fletchers commitment to excellence, our continuous learning environment, enthusiasm and, most importantly, our people, paid off with our clients enjoying many excellent results.

In addition to our regular TV, radio and print media coverage, Fletchers team are now regular contributors to Melbourne Property TV (MPTV), a weekly show on Channel 31. These media outlets provide additional, valuable exposure to our clients.

The increasing focus we have had over the last couple of years in the social media space (Fletchers Forum, Twitter, Facebook, LinkedIn and YouTube) is beginning to reap rewards for our vendors, even leading to several sales!

In 2011 an ANZ Review revealed the Australian family home was the highest returning asset over the past 24 years, once again winning the debate of shares-vs-property.

Congratulations to the Gold Coast on winning the bid for the 2018 Commonwealth Games. This announcement came just a few days before we opened our second office in Queensland in Gold Coast South, taking the ever-expanding Fletchers Group to 12 successful offices!
