Queenscliff 3 Flinders Street
Seconds to the Beach
Everything about this property shouts YES!...YES! to the contemporary, coastal design. YES! To a location that offers an entire historic township of boutique shops, cafes and as many as 8 "Good Food Guide" restaurants within a few minutes' walk. YES! To a marina precinct of luxury shopping and dining. YES! To some of the best fishing and seafood that Australia has to offer and...YES! YES! YES! To bays, vast expanses of open parkland and miles of ocean beaches. Queenscliff's popularity is not only about the mid 19th century buildings or the beaches; it is about all of these things and the truly unique lifestyle that they offer its lucky residents. You could be one of them with this home.
From the wide lawned nature strip to the boardwalk path between native planted shell mulched gardens, you will never need reminding of where you live...or why you have chosen to. This is the beach right in your very front yard! Leading to the solid entry door of a contemporary home, the size and floorplan are key features that are sure to impress. The long, wide, well-lit passage offers a glimpse into the chic theme of the home with timber floors, obscure glass windows and the luxury of space all welcoming you in.
The master bedroom enjoys a position away from the bustle of everyday activity with a view over the front garden, WIR and modern ensuite making it the perfect retreat whilst the rear of the ground floor is a testament to WOW if ever there was one! Much, MUCH larger than you would expect, the all-white kitchen with its stone benchtops and Blanco appliances is reminiscent of something you would find in a designer magazine and certain to thrill the most discerning foodie. Open to the equally large living / dining area, the gas log fire gives a cosy ambience for cooler weather but the extensive decked alfresco beyond the room's glass doors will no doubt be a favourite over summer.
Upstairs, the living area is ideal for children or guests with the two bedrooms both boasting private balconies. The front one provides cooling sea breezes whilst the rear is a whole rooftop terrace! The light filled family bathroom is a functional space that services these rooms beautifully whilst continuing the contemporary theme of the home.
Complete with all of the modern conveniences (such as ducted air conditioning for those steamy days) as well as a comfort and warmth that comes with clever detailing and neutral decor, this is the home that fulfills dreams and makes the hearts of its residents sing.

Important Information
Fletchers Area Guide Queenscliff, VIC 3225
Situated on Bellarine Peninsula and the entrance to Port Phillip Bay, Queenscliff's first residents came in the 1850s. The settlement received a fillip 20 years later when a rail service connected the town to Geelong. Today, that rail service only runs 16 km from Drysdale - now as a tourist attraction. The Bellarine Rail Trail is a walking and cycling track that largely follows the railway line. Historical buildings abound in and around Queenscliff's commercial centre.
