Queenscliff 65 Flinders Street

Fabulous Flinders. There's Good Reason for its Popularity.

Floorplan

We've said it before, but honestly...where else do you find a location like this?!?

Ocean beaches (directly accessible from your private lane) behind you and open parkland with the waters of Swan Bay making up your extended front garden...this IS your coastal heaven! You will need to pinch yourself daily to remind you that really are alive and living the dream here!

Equally as impressive though is the fact that from such a super location you also have the quaint and ever popular townships of both Queenscliff and Point Lonsdale within a minute's drive. Not to mention the remainder of the gourmet region that is the Bellarine Peninsula extending beyond that. All within 30 minutes of Geelong and 90 minutes of Melbourne. Not even the Mornington Peninsula can boast such a plethora of exquisite geographical or lifestyle features...and it's twice the price!

We haven't even mentioned the property itself yet, but it is quite literally the icing on a very delicious cake. Modern architecture that beautifully reflects the environment contains a perfectly practical and comfortable living arrangement for families coupled with the low maintenance benefits of a compact allotment that mean that you can happily immerse yourself in the all of the reasons you choose to live here. From the boardwalk and bollards styled timber fence that provides privacy for the north facing courtyard at the front of the home to the upper level balcony's from both the living and master bedroom that allow gorgeous water views, this is a home that caters to desires as much as needs.

3 generous bedrooms serviced by 2 contemporary bathrooms are complimented by extensive upper and lower level living areas with a kitchen that will encourage participation in meal preparation from all of the members of the household. Who wouldn't love vast expanses of stone benchtops, stainless steel appliances, a mass of storage drawers and abundant walk in pantry?

With special features such as decorative mini orb wall cladding, polished concrete and timber floors, highlight windows, surround sound, projector screen, lower level kitchenette and concealed media storage, this is a home that speaks volumes about the tastes and interests of 21st century families in a way that completely relaxed. Simple indulgence without being showy, that's what this this home is. And yet, it has every right to be...it has a Flinders Street address!

Important Information

Fletchers Area Guide Queenscliff, VIC 3225

Situated on Bellarine Peninsula and the entrance to Port Phillip Bay, Queenscliff's first residents came in the 1850s. The settlement received a fillip 20 years later when a rail service connected the town to Geelong. Today, that rail service only runs 16 km from Drysdale - now as a tourist attraction. The Bellarine Rail Trail is a walking and cycling track that largely follows the railway line. Historical buildings abound in and around Queenscliff's commercial centre.
