Queenscliff 15 Fraser Street
Literally Beside the Sea!
The back garden of this property is quite literally sand dunes so your dream of living by the sea doesn't get any closer to it than this. As a bonus, being tucked into a quiet no-through road and surrounded by coastal flora, the feeling of being nestled in your own private paradise is a key factor of the home's appeal.
Neatly presented with contained, but naturally styled, gardens leading up to the home, you really do have a sense of being quite secluded here and there is plenty of scope to further enhance the outdoor space to suit your own needs. For example, being an elevated home, there is an abundance of room beneath the building that could be converted to additional residence making this, already spacious, 3 bedroom home even more comfortable.
With split level living maximizing the use of the sloping land, the entry leads up to the first level where each of the large bedrooms (all with BIR's) have access to the family bathroom, separate WC and loads of storage. The master is enormous and lends itself to the future inclusion of an ensuite which would still leave a very generous sleeping area.
The upper level of the home is where all of the actual living is done. From the sunroom and lounge there is direct access to the north facing deck and stunning views to Swan Bay and the surrounding rural landscape. The huge kitchen, meals and rear portion of the lounge overlook the dunes with a further outdoor entertaining area from which to enjoy the sound of the surf.
With an abundance of original 70s and 80s features, this home is the ideal renovator that is both perfectly livable as it is or as the foundation for a funky contemporary retro makeover. Strikingly bold on the inside, the relatively plain exterior holds much promise for a more modern look. Regardless of your thoughts on this, the home is filled with a distinct personality that should not be ignored and which is only enriched by its location and direct access to the beach.

Important Information
Fletchers Area Guide Queenscliff, VIC 3225
Situated on Bellarine Peninsula and the entrance to Port Phillip Bay, Queenscliff's first residents came in the 1850s. The settlement received a fillip 20 years later when a rail service connected the town to Geelong. Today, that rail service only runs 16 km from Drysdale - now as a tourist attraction. The Bellarine Rail Trail is a walking and cycling track that largely follows the railway line. Historical buildings abound in and around Queenscliff's commercial centre.
