This brick veneer, tile-roofed home sits on a particularly generous block, with front garden and a northern driveway leading to double gates and a carport. An elevated entrance delivers you to a carpeted foyer. To the right is a sunny bedroom with built-in robes, while to the left a large lounge with a split system is the main beneficiary of the stunning coastal vista. This leads to a bright kitchen with a serving bench/breakfast bar, a good-sized pantry and ample storage space. There's also a New World electric oven and cooktop. Running off a rear corridor with polished timber floorboards are a laundry, a bathroom with a separate WC, and two more bedrooms.

Important Information

Fletchers Area Guide Queenscliff, VIC 3225

Situated on Bellarine Peninsula and the entrance to Port Phillip Bay, Queenscliff's first residents came in the 1850s. The settlement received a fillip 20 years later when a rail service connected the town to Geelong. Today, that rail service only runs 16 km from Drysdale - now as a tourist attraction. The Bellarine Rail Trail is a walking and cycling track that largely follows the railway line. Historical buildings abound in and around Queenscliff's commercial centre.
